Meet the Founder.
Thrive in Healthcare was founded by Thelma Fischer, a registered nurse with 21 years of healthcare experience, including 15 years in Cardiological nursing and 10 years in interventional cardiology, and a certified Heart Failure Nurse Specialist. Having mentored nurses and healthcare professionals through one of the most challenging transitions of their careers; integrating into the German Healthcare System as foreign professionals, Thelma built Thrive in Healthcare on a simple insight: integration succeeds when it's supported by people who've actually lived it.
That first-hand clinical and cultural experience shapes every program we design, whether we're working with a hospital's HR team or coaching a nurse through her first year in a German ward.
